This exclusive one-night-only dinner invites guests to experience South Asian flair and East Asian precision – all delivered with Revolver’s signature theatricality. Priced at AED 395 per guest, the evening unfolds over a four-course menu designed to celebrate the shared language of fire, flavour and finesse
At Revolver Dubai, Chef Jitin Joshi brings 27 years of culinary experience shaped in some of the world’s most respected kitchens including Michelin-starred Benares and acclaimed Gymkhana in London, and Dubai’s iconic At.mosphere and Amal at Armani Hotel. Renowned for his mastery of French technique and spice-forward cooking, Chef Jitin’s distinctive style has earned him a loyal following among global tastemakers and local diners alike
Joining him is Chef Reif Othman, the visionary behind REIF Japanese Kushiyaki, Hoe Lee Kow, and the chef’s table concept TERO. The menu for the evening — presented as Hoe Lee Kow x Revolver — offers a progressive exploration of both chefs’ culinary identities. Guests will begin with inventive bites, from a delicate Caviar Tart to Crispy Chicken Manchurian, before moving into refined plates like Sea Trout Tartar with fermented chili soy and Langoustine finished in a punchy kimchi beurre blanc. Fire-led mains include Doenjang Black Cod with sweet gochujang and soy foam, and Black Vinegar Shortrib with pickled ginger polenta. To finish, a Konggaru Molten Cake and Black Sesame Ice Cream Brittle bring the experience to a memorable close
