FENDI Casa unveils its first US flagship store in Miami

FENDI Casa has chosen Miami for its first flagship store in the United States, in the heart of the Miami Design District (4120 NE 2nd Avenue), a creative and avant-garde neighbourhood that hosts fashion and design boutiques.

The opening of the boutique will coincide with the start of DesignMiami/, the limited edition international design fair that attracts collectors, gallery owners, designers, curators and critics from

all over the world every year, where FENDI has presented a series of special projects over time, together with established and emerging designers including Chiara Andreatti, Cristina Celestino,

Dimorestudio, Formafantasma and Peter Mabeo, some of which have been reissued and are now part of the new FENDI Casa Collection. The boutique in Miami spans 590 square metres and is typified by a minimal façade in the shades of

black and white, with large windows creating a dialogue between inside and outside. The interior concept was developed by FENDI Architecture Department, with the aim of aesthetically linking all FENDI and FENDI Casa shops worldwide. The space, structured on two levels, is characterized by the most iconic expressive codes of the Roman Maison, revisited in a contemporary key: the FF logo is transformed into a sophisticated pattern that embellishes the walls, while the ceilings are adorned

with relief decorations. Luxurious surfaces in brushed steel, champagne-coloured metal, Arabescato Vagli marble and concrete are modulated and juxtaposed to accentuate each piece in the collection.
