THE IMMORTAL GENEROUS GESTURE OF THE LATE SHEIKH HAMDAN BIN RASHID AL MAKTOUM

Round one took place during the period 03 to 06 September, and consisted of 60 laps , the first two days for Tribesmen (32 Laps) and was designated for Laqaya- 04 Km, and Jatha’a -05 Km, and the other two days for camels owned by their Highness the Sheikhs (28 laps), for Laqaya and Jatha’a for 04 Km. 

FIRST WEEK >DAY ONELAQAIYA –TRIBESMEN -16 LAPS – 04-KM – 463 RAN

BIN MAROSHID PREVAILS THE INAUGURATION

The inauguration of the season at the tribesmen level was dominated ironically by Rashid Mohammed Saeed Bin Maroshid when he cleverly managed to score a super hat trick by snatching four laps including the fourth main lap in which his faster Hybrid Jeadan “ Al Faris “ recorded the best time of 05:52:00 minutes. The main first three Laps, for Local Abkar, Hybrid Abkar, and Local Jeadan were won respectively by “ Ghaziah” owned by Amir Hamad Humaid Al Ewais,” Saba” owned by Mohammed Atiq Shamis Al Amri, and “ Raqi” owned by Abdulla Humaid Saif Bin Humaidan.

JATHA’A –TRIBESMEN-16 LAPS – 05-KM – 261 RAN

MARMOUGA, ENZAR, AL DHEEB & SAYAD…DOMINATE

On the second day of the first week has watched again an amazing performance from camels owned by Rashid Mohammed Saeed Bin Maroshid when he sent his promising she-camel “ Marmouga“ to snatch the first main lap allocated for Local Jatha’a Abkar. The second lap for Hybrid Jatha’a Abkar was won by “Enzar” owned by Mohammed Hillees Rashid Al Katabi, and lap three for Local Jatha’a Jeadan was won by “Al Deeb” owned by Ass’ad Maktoum Salim Al Wehaibi.

Lap four watched the speedy camel “Sayad” conquering its rivals reaching the finishing line in a distinguished time estimated by 07:41:00 minutes.

LAQAIYA – SHEIKHS -14 LAPS – 04-KM – 190 RAN

ZABEEL CAMELS DOMINATE THE INAUGURATION EVENT

On the third day, we witnessed the first appearance of Their Highnesses the Sheikhs’ shining logos, when Their Highnesses sent their strong stars to participate in these preparatory races. In the first lap, we watched Zabeel Camels owned by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and under the talented trainer, Rashid Mohammed Bin Maroshid did successfully manage to score a super hat trick including two main laps, the second and third ones allocated for Laqaiya Jeadan and Laqaiya Abkar through “ Shaheen” and “ Ashahiniya” respectively.

The first main lap for Laqaiya Abkar was seized by the fastest she-camel “Al Hakma” owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Masoud Bin Rashid Al Mulla, trained by Essa Khalfan Bel Shawi, the winner camel recorded the best time of 06:10:09 minutes.  

Those camels owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid seized a hat trick including the fourth main lap for Laqaiya Jeadan, through “ Fajjaj” trained by Mukhtar Ahmed Abdul Malik.

DAY FOUR

JATHA’A – SHEIKHS -14 LAPS – 04-KM – 130 RAN

AL ASIFA, ZABEEL & SAIH ASSALAM DIVIDE THE BOOTY

At the conclusion of the first week, we enjoyed witnessing the strong appearance of the magnificent Al Asifa and Saih Assalam’s Camels, and a continuous amazing performance displayed by camels owned by Zabeel Stables.

Al Asifa Camels under the supervision of the mighty trainer Geyath Al Hillali, wasted no time when they managed to win two main laps, the first one for Jatha’a Abkar, through “ Ashahiniya”  who has also registered the best time of 06:13:06 minutes, and the fourth lap for Jatha’a Jeadan through “ Shaheen”.

Saih Assalam Camels snatched lap two for Jatha’a Jeadan via “Alsba’a” trained by Saeed Obaid Maroshid. Lap three for Jatha’a Abkar was won by “Al Dhabi” owned by His Highness Sheik Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

SECOND WEEK

DAY ONE

Round two took place during the period 17 to 20 September, and consisted of 60 laps, the first two days for Tribesmen (32 Laps) and were designated for Laqaya- 04 Km, and Jatha’a -05 Km respectively, and the other two days for camels owned by their Highness the Sheikhs (28 laps), for Laqaya and Jatha’a for 04 Km.

AL ZA’ABIE DISPLAYED A UNIQUE PERFORMANCE

On Saturday morning, September 17th, we witnessed the Dubai Camel Racing Club continues tirelessly offering its services and supervision to the Immortal Generous Gesture of the late Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, i.e. “Al Marmoom Preliminary” when Al Marmoom Camel Track watched Mattar Saeed Al Za’abi sent his two brilliant camels to grant him two winnings in lap six and ten.

The first four main laps designated for Local Abkar, Hybrid Abkar, and Local Jeadan,Hybrid Jeadan ,and were won respectively by “Al Wehba” owned by Mubarak Saeed Salim Al Zarie, “ Al Rasiyah” was owned by Humaid Harran Bin Humaidan,” Al Sharid” owned by Ahmed Al Hazmi AlAmrie,and “ Al Muntasir” was  owned by Ali Saeed Salim Al Zarie.

In lap number sixth for Hybrid Abkar the fastest she- camel “ Palsha“ owned by Khalifa Abdulla Yaied Al Humairi, recorded the best time of 05:58:06 minutes.

FAIR RESULTS AMONG THE COMPETITORS

On Sunday morning, September 18th, Al Marmoom Preliminary is reaching its highest level of activity when the track arranged the activities for day two of the second week. 

“ Amjad” owned by Saif Salim Al Shamsie, “ Amyal” owned by Mohammed Sultan Al Maliki, Heyad” owned by Harran Rashid Saif Al Ghaffli, and “ Walm” owned by Mohammed Sultan Saeed Al Maliki, when they successfully managed to snatch the first four main laps allocated for  Local Abkar, Hybrid Abkar, Local Jeadan, Hybrid Jeadan respectively.

Lap two watched the rapid Hybrid abkar “Amyal” beat its rivals by winning the 05-km in a superb time of 07:41:02 minutes.

The third appearance of the camels owned by their Highnesses the sheiks during the running tournament exposed distinguished and rare strong challenges when we witnessed three levels of results.

Those camels owned by Zabeel Stables scored a Mega Hat trick, followed by camels owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid by scored a Super Hat trick, camels owned by Al Dhabi Stables snatched a Hat trick, and the other two laps were won by camels owned by Saih Assalam and by Sheikh Humaid Bin Khalid Bin Hamdan Al Nuaimi.

The first lap watched “Al Dhabi” owned by Al Dhabi Stables recording the best time of 06:02:07 minutes to cross the 04-km.

 ZABEEL & SAIH ASSALAM…IN AMAZING PERFORMANCE

Day four of the second week of the tournament has witnessed a continuous and brilliant display from the camels owned by Zabeel Stables trained by Rashid Mohammed Muroshid, and Saih Assalam Stables under the supervision of trainer Saeed Salim Al Junaibi, when both stables cleverly scored a Hat trick.

The four main laps for Jatha’a Abkar, Jatha’a Jeadan, Jatha’a  Abkar, and Jatha’a Jeadan, were won respectively by “ Al Dhabi” owned by Al Dhabi Camels trained by Mohammed Raghesh Al Wehaibi,” Nahhar” owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Masoud Bin Rashid Al Mualla,trained by Essa Khalfan Bel Shawee,  “Ashahiniya”  for Al Asifa and trained by Geyath Al Hillali,and “Shaheen” for Zabeel and trained by Rashid Mohammed Muroshid.

The best time was recorded in lap six by the speedy “Musheyab” owned by Mansour Bin Ibrahim Bin Ahmed Al Mualla,trained by Jamal Saeed Al Shamati, when it registered  06:06:01 minutes to reach the finishing line.

THIRD WEEK

DAY ONE

LAQAIYA –TRIBESMEN…

STUNNING PERFORMANCE FROM RASHID BIN MAROUSHID

The third week watched the camels owned by Rashid Mohammed Saeed Mohammed Bin Maroushid displaying a brilliant performance when they managed to seize two laps including the fourth main lap for Hybrid Laqaiya Jeadan.

Saeed Mohammed Saeed Marashoud sent his speedy she-camel “Reema” to beat its rivals winning the first lap for Local Laqaiya Abkar in 05:59:01 minutes as the best time.

The other two lap i.e.; number two for Hybrid Laqaiya Abkar and Local Laqaiya Jeadan were won respectively by “ Assariah” owned by Humaid Rashid Humaid Al Khatiri and “ Assail” owned by Saleem Al Ramli.

FAIR RESULTS AMONG THE PARTICIPANT

As usual in the Tribesmen races, the first four main laps designate respectively for Local Akbar and Hybrid Akbar, and for Local Jeadan, and Hybrid Jeadan.

In today’s race, there was no owner who managed to win two laps. Here are the results for the first four main laps respectively,“Seytera” owned by Obaid Salim Musabah Ghaffli,” “ Sadah” owned by Mohammed Obaid Bel Dibaiah Al Katabi, ”Shaheen” owned by Assa’ad Amir Saeed Amir Al Ghufaili, and successfully managed to score the best time of 07:36:05 minutes, and the fourth lap was snatched by “ Mudhal” owned by Masoud Rashid Mohammed Al Faheeda Al Marie.

HAT TRICK FOR SAIH ASSALAM & AL HAMID

In Their Highnesses Sheikhs’ races, all laps are designated in the following order, Abkar, and Jordan.

Today the track watched the mighty Saih Assalam Camels and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid’s ones won three laps each.

The first four laps were won by “ Najoud” owned by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum,” Mayakhaf” owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid,” Afrah” owned by  Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and by the fastest “Meyas” owned by Saih Assalam’s Camels, who recorded the best time of 06:10:03 minutes.

DAY FOUR

JATHA’A – SHEIKHS

A COMPETITIVE AND THRILLING RACE…

On the final day of the third week, the track watched a strong challenge among the mighty stables resulted in a mega hat trick wins for camels owned by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, followed by a super hat trick gained by camels owned by Al Asifa. Those Camels owned by Saih Assalam and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid managed to win two laps each, the latter smartly seized  the first two main laps through “ Farq” who recorded the best time of 07:47:08 minutes., on the other hand, those camels owned by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum snatched one lap. The third lap and the fourth one were won by ” Ashahinya” owned by Al Asifa, and ” Majd” owned by camels owned by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
