- امزجي فنجان من الشمندر المطحون مع فنجان من بودرة الحناء وفنجانين من الماء الفاتر وملعقة من زيت جوز الهند.
- ضعي المزيج على نار هدئة حتى يغلي ثم اتركيه يبرد.
- قومي بهرس المكونات مع بعضها واتركيه ينتقع لمدة ساعتين.
- طبقي المزيج على شعرك من الجذور الى الاطراف بطريقة متساوية.
- قومي بتغطية شعرك بغطاء بلاستيكي واتركيه لمدة ساعتين.
- اشطفي شعرك جيداً بالماء الفاتر.
الحناء والبيض:
- امزجي بياض بيضة واحدة مع كوب من بودرة الحناء وفنجان من الماء وملعقتين من عصير الليمون.
- اتركي المزيج ينتقع لمدة ساعة واحدة.
- طبقي المزيج على الشعر من الجذور الى الاطراف.
- اتركيه على شعرك لمدة 20 دقيقة ثم اشطفيه بالماء الفاتر.
