تعاون مايكل كورس مع فنّان الأزياء الشهير، دايفد داونتاون، على ابتكار مجموعة صغيرة في نسخة خاصة. وستظهر التصاميم لأول مرة في مجموعة عرض أزياء مايكل كورس خلال أسبوع الموضة في نيويورك في شهر فبراير، كما ستصل إلى المتاجر في الخريف القادم.
يشتهر داونتاون عالمياً بكونه الفنّان الذي احتفلت برسماته ولوحاته الرائعة لأكثر السيّدات أناقة في العالم صحف ومجلاّت مثل فوغ، فانيتي فير (Vanity Fair)، هاربرز بازار والتايمز على مدى أكثر من عقدين.
يقول مايكل: “هذا هو أول تعاون لنا مع فنان على مجموعة لمايكل كورس، وهو أمر شخصيّ جدّاً.” ويتابع: “يجسّد دايفد جوهر وأناقة الأشخاص من دون الشعور بالحاجة إلى رسم كل تفاصيلهم – إنه لمسة سحر لرسّام كبير.”
