Technogym teams up with DFC 30×30 to promote regular exercise

Technogym, as Official Partner of the initiative, will be protagonist at Kite Beach Fitness Village, Dubai Fitness Challenge main hub and will equip with its exclusive solutions a 3 floors temporary tower

The Tower consists of three different levels: the ground floor with the main gym for cardio, a strength, functional and HIIT. The 1^st floor will be a HIIT studio for 12-18 people class, the second floor will be dedicated to yoga and Pilates sessions as well as meditation and breathing

The areas will be activated with 3 sessions per week of 45 minutes and people can join the classes by downloading the Technogym App, the training app that offers you the best workout for you by combining scientific research, artificial intelligence, engaging and challenging video content
